Kunsten '92 is the initiator of the Fair Practice Code, which is set up from within the cultural sector itself, working together with many branch organizations, supra-sectoral organizations, freelancers, creators and education, institutions and subsidizers. The Fair Practice Code is a code of conduct for working in the arts, culture and creative industries based on five core values: solidarity, diversity, sustainability, trust and transparency. The code invites critical reflection and offers a guideline for how the sector together can achieve a future-proof labor market and professional practice.Interview by curator and writer Manus Groenen, photography by me.
